What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers
Vinyl Frame and Sash
Our premium vinyl components are guaranteed not to blister, peel, crack, corrode, or rot under normal residential use.
Mechanical Parts
All mechanical components, including locks, balances, and sash ventilation locks, are covered against manufacturing defects in both materials and workmanship. If something fails due to a defect, we’ll replace it at no cost.
Labor
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If a warranty-related issue arises, we will cover all labor costs to correct the problem—no added charges or hidden fees.
Insulated Glass Units (IGUs)
Our insulated glass is protected against obstruction of vision caused by dust, film, or moisture buildup between the panes. If a unit fails, it will be replaced at no charge to you.
Accidental Glass Breakage
In the event of accidental breakage, we’ll replace the insulated glass unit free of charge. Some exclusions may apply; please contact us for full details.
Transferable for Added Value
Our Lifetime Warranty is 100% transferable one time to the next homeowner. To transfer the warranty, the original purchaser must submit a written request within 30 days of the property’s transfer date.
